Access Divisions Management

   - Click on the System menu in the upper right corner.

   - Select "Divisions Management."

   - Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to access this menu item.

Create a New Division

   - Click the "New Division" button near the upper right corner.

   - Enter the name of the new division.

   - Click "Save" to create the division.

 

Edit Division Name

   - Move your mouse cursor over the division you want to edit.

   - Click on the "Edit" button that appears on the left side.

   - Modify the division's name as needed.

   - Click "Save" to apply the changes.

 

Modify Division's Time Zone

   - Click on the "Set Time Zone" drop-down box on the left side of the screen.

   - Choose the appropriate time zone for the division.

Add or Remove Assets from a Division

   - Click on one of the tabs near the top of the screen: "Personal" or "Clients."

   - To remove an asset from the division, click on the green check mark icon.

   - To add an asset to the division, click the "Add Personal" button at the upper middle of the screen.

   - Select the assets you wish to add to the division using the check boxes on the left side.

   - Click the "Add" button to add the selected assets to the division.

Note

   - Admins and personnel may exist within multiple divisions at once.

   - Clients may only be added to a single division at a time.

   - Setting the time or location for one client will apply to all client locations within the division.
