1. Click on the Reports icon in the toolbar. This will bring up the Reports menu. Select ‘Agency Reports’ from the menu. This leads to the Agency Reports section.
2. Choose your reporting criteria. By default, the report’s start date is the week before, and the end date is today. In this case, we’ll use the default, for the agency employee ‘Jona Mana’.
3. You’ll see a number of rows, one for each client/location this administrator has assigned staff for. To see details for that location, click the details icon on the right. This will bring up a new table showing each assignment request made by that administrator during that time period. You’ll see the assignment ID, position needed, the personnel who worked it (if it was filled), from/to dates, and assignment duration.
